Stress Testing Machine Checks mechanical strength of welded connection.
Operations:
Operator has to lift and place Fingers of Gun across welded connection and operate pneumatic valve for required period. Stress Testing Machine exerts force across connection if weak it will break. This testing is applicable to all Automotive, Household & Industrial Batteries.
Functions:
To check the strength of the ideal welded connection & reject even if it is 30% less than the actual weld.
