Function of Lid Heat Sealing Machine: This machine seals Lid with container. Machine melts lid & container simultaneously & presses to seal together and form a single identity so acid does not leak out. This saves Labour cost and cost of adhesive material. In turn it reduces inventory cost which will be inherited when battery is on hold for drying period and labour is involved in drying process.
This machine seals Lid to Container. For every size of container you require Separate sealing fixture.
Self-setting Fixture
Fixing of fixture is so easy that a layman can do job. Change -over time is less than Three Minutes. State of art-computerized design is made for Fixtures. These are self-setting.
Hook System
We use hook system (Positive Locking) to pick lid, so it is everlasting, no recurring expenses like Vacuum pick which require changing of vacuum cups & consuming electricity for operating vacuum pump which has to be maintained properly and finally replaced after sometime.
Faster operation
Operation of machine take lesser operating time, hence output is increased. More over interval, between Lid melting and pressing it with container, is reduced to minimum. Otherwise melted portion of lid will be having cooled layer which will increase chances of Leakage. This feature of our machine gives Best Sealing.
Any size of battery can be accommodating on the same machine, Max. Height of Battery:450mm (Tubular (IT-500 size)).
